Life is beautiful… no really, it is!
I’ve come to learn that life can be seen in different ways. It’s all up to your perspective. You can either be grateful or be not so happy. That’s it right? Well… I’m learning it might not be as simple as that. I believe that sometimes, there are external factors involved. One of them is mood affecting energy. There’s different types of energies out there. And when it comes down to it, it might be all about mindfulness. Knowing when something is affecting your mood from the external world. If you know yourself, most of the time, you know when something is off. It’s hard to spot it sometimes though because you can get caught in the darkness of “feeling blue”. We can get so caught up in life and the hectic cycle of being busy that we don’t see that we need some “chill” time.
Mindfulness is key which I believe is a learned skill. After awhile, it can become easier to recognize. After we spot the issue, know when it’s time to get back to your center. Taking time out to relax, take a walk or whatever gets you back to your calm state. Learning one’s self is so important. It can be the key to an overall better mood.
